Kolepka bezglutenowców

by paluszek8 on April 10, 2012

Mijają dni, a my nadal stosujemy tą wspaniała dietę.

by paluszek8 on January 22, 2012

Jest ona i jest on. Prostytutka i agent SB.

by paluszek8 on January 18, 2012

Aktywne dziecko lepiej radzi sobie w życiu i szkole.

Executive Coaching for Decision Making

by Jim Guerci on July 13, 2009

A recent study conducted on 100 executives by Manchester Inc indicated that executive coaching improved the quality of 48% of the executives who were from 56 companies. No wonder executive coaching has emerged as a solid sounding board and strategic process to ensure leadership development effectively.

These days, corporate coaching has also gained greater acceptance among organizations. This is due to the fact that corporate coaching plays a vital role in tackling issues relating to employee retention, productivity, accountability and professional ownership at the work place.

How executive coaching helps avoid traps during decision making

Executive coaching is a highly individualized form of leadership development and decision making process. Across organizations, the key decision makers need to know where they plan to steer head, what they need to get there and finally implement to reach the destination. Sometimes, decisions may be hard to reach due to the influence of the past or perhaps experiences that are related to past situations.

Executive coaching helps to develop decision making capabilities so that an executive need not focus only the current role, but can also stay attuned for the challenges ahead at the next level.

Here are some executive coaching tips:

· Evaluate a problem before asking advice from others. Evaluating every problem with different perspectives will open doors to new possibilities and better outcomes in terms of problem solving.

· Be open-minded and seek opinions from others to broaden your frame of reference. Always explain your assumptions to anyone with logic. Before accepting the estimates or reasoning put forth by others, assess and analyze them thoroughly.

· The use of actual statistics will always weigh more than theories and subjective impressions in the decision making process.

At Your Ultimate Success (YUS), executive coaching strategies are provided to enhance the decision making capabilities of every organization’s top brass in dealing with tough situations, efficiently.

Corporate Coaching: Impact on Bottom Line

by Jim Guerci on July 6, 2009

A collaborative process, corporate coaching focuses on the growth and development of individuals working within an organization, rather than fixing only specific problems.

Leadership training helps to bridge the gap between organizational and personal goals by motivating employees, unleashing their hidden strengths and working on their weaknesses to achieve improved results.

How does Corporate Coaching Help?

Corporate coaching boosts staff commitment by increasing self awareness and encouraging employees to acquire new skills. Besides providing career motivation and direction, corporate coaching also helps an employee become more satisfied with his/her work. Leadership training helps an executive to learn to give and receive feedback, resulting in improved communication and coordination levels. More satisfied employees tend to deliver better results, which in turn leads to an improved and satisfied customer base and, therefore, higher profitability. This relationship has been demonstrated by several case studies, including the experience of Sears Roebuck during its restructuring process.

Corporate Coaching: Finding Favor with Companies

A recent survey by a large US talent management group found that coaching ranks at the top of the 22 processes that consistently drive the highest business impact. The analysis confirmed that coaching generated higher levels of engagement, leadership, flexibility and performance.

Your Ultimate Success, Inc has successfully helped a wide range of clients improve their bottom line through its specialized corporate coaching services and programs.

The world has truly become integrated and most organizations are faced with the coexistence of various cultures. Cultural barriers can often lead to irritation, frustration and conflict. Corporate coaching can help a team to work harmoniously and inculcate a culture of mutual respect. Leadership training equips leaders with the knowledge and skills to iron out differences among team members.

How Does Corporate Coaching help in Breaking Cultural Barriers?

Culture is often defined as a “mental programming” or “mindset,” which forms the basis of how one thinks and feels. This lays the foundation of our actions. Culture shapes human behavior and values, which play a critical role in how people interact and get a job done in an organization. Thus, it is important for any organization to identify diverse mindsets and build a team that is focused on the same goals. Corporate coaching can help an enterprise achieve this through the understanding of:

  • Different orientations of people
  • Different expectations from the company and colleagues
  • Different communication styles
  • How people would like to get and give respect
  • How people are impacted by the corporate culture
  • People’s perception of their superiors, peers and subordinates
  • People’s perception of corporate social responsibility
  • What motivates people

Your Ultimate Success, Inc. has years of experience in helping people break cultural barriers and of providing leadership training that helps to build strong teams.

Corporate Coaching and Motivation

by Jim Guerci on June 22, 2009

One of the goals of corporate coaching is to instill determination and positive energy in the people being coached. In other words, corporate coaching increases the power of motivation and charges the battery of inner drive. Motivation can be defined as a state of mind that drives one into action. According to psychologists, capability, acceptance and independence drive human beings to a great extent.

Richard Florida, in his book the Rise of the Creative Class, has talked about a group of about 38 million people who tried to do novel things by using knowledge. Florida used the result of the survey conducted by an IT newsweekly in 2001 to point out challenge, flexibility, stability and money as the four major factors responsible for motivation. The survey demonstrated that:

  • 67% of the people surveyed found motivation in challenge
  • 53% found motivation in flexibility
  • 43.5% found motivation in stability
  • 38.5% found motivation in money

About 20% of the people surveyed identified training, job atmosphere, recognition and casual attire as major motivating factors.

Executive coaching plays a significant role in motivating people in the following ways:

  • Energize: People communicate and listen more and also accept challenges.
  • Encourage: Corporate coaching empowers employees with the will to do things. These people can then provide support to their peers, as well as recognize talent and a good job done.
  • Exhort: Employees feel inspired to sacrifice and build a strong experience.

Your Ultimate Success, Inc. (YUS) aims at increasing the efficiency of leaders by empowering them with the required level of motivation using various detail-oriented techniques of executive coaching.

The Therapeutic Nature of Corporate Coaching

by Jim Guerci on June 15, 2009

Organizations that have used corporate coaching have given adequate testimony to the therapeutic effect of such techniques on the organizational work environment. Executive coaching connects with the personal beliefs and values of individuals and focuses on developing a common vision. The therapeutic nature of corporate coaching is manifest in the following:

  • It offers a platform for the transformation of organization.
  • It can be applied at all levels of organizational hierarchy.
  • It makes use of a common language, which everyone can relate to.

According to the calculations of the Bureau of Labor Statistics, the productivity of the business sector grew at an annual rate of 1.5% in the third quarter of 2008, as compared to 1.9% in the third quarter of 2007. However, the hourly compensation in this sector increased by 1.2% in the second quarter and 4.2% in the third quarter of 2008.

These statistics prove that an increase in compensation is not the primary factor driving an increase in productivity. The three essential elements that increase effectiveness and efficiency of employees include:

  1. Team building: Organizations are all about people working together. This calls for effective team building to achieve common goals. A favorable work environment helps create a strong bond between team members. It aims to facilitate the building of a shared vision. Corporate coaching can play a significant role here by aligning and optimizing the performance and morale of the team. The coach is able to obtain commitment from the team members and revitalize their spirits.
  2. Conflict resolution: According to an estimate, managers spend 25% of their valuable time in resolving conflict situations. A cordial work environment acts as a vehicle to establish internal partnerships and reduce disagreements. The proven ideas of executive coaching empower managers to resolve conflict more efficiently.
  3. Stress: A positive work culture leads to a healthy working environment, even under the most demanding circumstances. People are able to handle stress better while maintaining a balance between their health, lifestyle and work ethics.

The team of experts at Your Ultimate Success, Inc. has wide experience in helping organizations establish a positive work culture through the use of the therapeutic techniques of corporate coaching.

A 2001 study conducted by MetrixGlobal LLC demonstrated that 77% of the 30 respondents believed that executive coaching and corporate coaching had significantly improved a minimum of one of the nine business measures. The research also showed that the executive coaching was helpful in enhancing productivity and the work quality of 60% and 40% of the respondents, respectively.

Additional Benefits of Executive Coaching

Apart from enhancing productivity and work quality, executive coaching can help executives:

  1. Gain personal insight: Executive coaching helps executives gain an insight into their strengths and weaknesses. Furthermore, executive coaching helps employees improve on their areas of weakness, making them more suitable for the job.
  2. Improve decision making skills: Executives can enhance their decision-making ability through effective corporate coaching.
  3. Enhance soft skills: Executive coaching has been found to effectively improve emotional intelligence and people skills in employees.

Executive coaching is being increasingly recognized as an essential tool for each organization and professional who aspires to reach the top of the ladder. Through corporate coaching, Fortune 50 companies can not only enhance productivity and overall profitability but also ensure that they remain a step ahead of their competition.
